If you have never heard me say it, I will say it again. “I love God’s Word!” It ignites the Spirit within me and see clearly when my vision is blurry. In studying Ephesians for the last several weeks, the Spirit has taught me so much and reminded me of what I need to remember. Mainly this,
Jesus is Lord!
The first 3 chapters of Ephesians overly and abundantly teach us that Jesus is Lord! Then in chapter 4 Paul begins to present “Missional Living“. Here are a few important things for us to remember.
- You Attitude Matters – treating people right is your responsibility.
- “One” Matters – There is only one way to God and that is through Jesus Christ. Our message must be urgent because no other message will suffice.
- You Matter – Jesus has gifted you to get it done.
- Foundations Matter – You have got to be locked in on Jesus and not be moved.
- The church builds itself up in love.
It is not about you! It is about Jesus.
